Debbie Daly, Executive Director/President
Debbie is a longtime music-maker, singer and group leader. Her inspiration to form Sound Orchard came from blending her passions in music, yoga, and community-building. After ten years establishing and growing an award-winning community yoga studio in Arizona, she moved to West Marin and started West Marin Choir with Tim Weed in 2013, then formed Sound Orchard in 2015. Tim Weed, Creative Director
Tim is an accomplished musician on multiple levels. He is co-director of West Marin Choir and co-coordinator of the Miwok Music Project and Healing Music Project. He comes to Sound Orchard with many years of professional experience as a performing concert musician, recording artist, composer, multi-instrumentalist and vocalist. More at timweed.com
Sarah Cane, Youth Music Coordinator
Sarah has been working with kids and music in the Bay Area for 30 years. In addition to leading our Point Reyes Children's Choir and Inverness School Programs, she conducts for the Peninsula Girls’ Chorus in Burlingame and also works with for Enriching Lives through Music in San Rafael. Her approach instills a love of music-making in playful ways incorporating dance, improvisation, and games into a curriculum focused on vocal musicianship and music literacy.
Pamela Wright, Board Secretary
Pamela has worked in commercial real estate for over 30 years and is Managing Director of Greenhill & Co’s Capital Advisory group. She enjoys increasing involvement in non-profit organizations focused on the arts and community-building in West Marin. In addition to Sound Orchard, she serves on the boards of PRNSA, CLAM and ODC, a dance and performing arts institution in San Francisco.
Eleanore Despina, Board Treasurer
Eleanore practiced law for 35 years in the areas of retirement and estate planning and non-profit work. She’s investing her retirement years in studying and making functional ceramics, and in helping to build a resilient community in Point Reyes Station where she lives with her husband, Bing Gong.
